On the day of the service we ask that all doors and windows are shut on the house, all deck surfaces are free of items (furniture, boxes, decorations, etc.), and we have access to a water spigot for the entire service.

Our standard and most common house cleaning service which includes the removal of organic matter (mold, moss, mildew, and algae) from the exterior of the building. This service includes a three-stage treatment method to clean the exterior of a house without causing damage to the siding.

On the day of the service we ask that all doors and windows are shut on the house, all Items are pulled away atleast 10 feet from the exterior of the house, any electronics that are not waterproof are taken inside or seeled (including outlets, cameras, doorbells, and more), and we have access to a water spigot for the entire service.
